How does Brent use silicone?
While Brent is out on the road he is often asked by fellow GE Silicone II caulk users, "How do you use silicone?" We caught up with Brent to ask.
Around the House
I am not a big handyman. So, when I do a project, I use products that work so that I can be sure the job is done right the first time. We moved into our house three years ago. Our house is about 30 years old, and just like any other home, it needed a little maintenance. The previous sealant in the shower was cracked and mildewed. I cleaned it out and re-did it with GE Silicone II Kitchen and Bath. I knew when I used it that it would be watertight and would not shrink or crack. And with the BioSeal, I knew it would keep away nasty mold and mildew. After that project, I went around the house and resealed our windows and doors with GE Silicone II Window and Door.
On the Road
Since we travel full-time fishing the BASS Master Elite Series, we put GE Silicone to the test in our fifth-wheel camper in many ways. Putting about 40,000 miles on the camper each year means it has to handle extreme weather conditions and bumpy roads.
It's important to me because that's, "home sweet home" for my family and me while we're on the road for all of my tournaments.
